Termite Inspection / Pest Inspections

Termite Inspections should be performed by a Pest Control Professional with an s-license (supervisory license).
Termite inspections performed by individuals without this

license are not accepted by FHA, VA, CHFA and other

various lending institutions.

A Termite Inspection or Pest Inspection is imperative when purchasing a new home. Our termite inspections are acceptable for all types of mortgages including, FHA, VA, and CHFA because we only send out termite inspectors with supervisory licenses. All termite inspections are reported on the HUD approved Termite Inspection / Pest Inspection Report Form.

The best way to know if wood destroying insects are present is to have pest control professional inspect for them. A termite or pest inspection is required by most mortgage lenders. Our FHA and VA-approved WDI Inspection includes inspection for termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles and carpenter bees.

Only those termite or pest inspectors with a Supervisors License (s license) may perform this type of termite inspection.  A supervisor's license is not issued to a company, but rather, only to individuals. Be sure your inspector is properly licensed
